Caleb is a licensed attorney, real estate broker, and contractor in South Dakota.  Caleb grew up in Sioux Falls and received his law degree and masters in business administration from the University of South Dakota in 2013.  Following law school, Caleb spent a year as a law clerk for the South Dakota Supreme Court and then a year as an associate attorney at Woods Fuller law firm in Sioux Falls.  Since then, Caleb has been handling whatever real estate issue gets thrown his way.  Reach out to Caleb for questions on transactions, planning, development, and general oversight of your project.

Jon, also a licensed attorney in South Dakota, is the day-to-day manager of the project site.  Jon has many years of experience in all the different areas of construction and also provides the client with expert finish carpentry.
